1. The item apparently was shipped the day after purchasing. A few weeks later, after not receiving the item, I asked for a tracking#. I never heard back from the seller. Now it looks like they changed their name to freedomwireless2012 from oneshopstop4all, after receiving some negative feedback recently. Please do not purchase from either of these sellers! 2. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Just like the other complaints. Oct. 3: Sellers fake ship date with NO Track #. Oct. 4: I requested a track number. Oct. 5: Seller gave the excuse of a damaged item. If the item was damaged on the 5th, then, how could it have shipped on the 3rd? Oct. 5: Seller said they would cancel the order and issue a full refund. BUT. as of today, Oct 7th, it seems like the Seller is not communicating, and is holding my payment hostage. SEEMS VERY DECEPTIVE!!!!! 10-01-23

Bottom line this item languished mia for days and while seller was pretty communicative and did give a refund this kind of item Needs to be properly packaged and has been my experience with some sellers not adhering to a normal standard of careful wrap for certain types of items which causes ship delays or problems when it tears open. and I think this is how the item which according to seller was damaged in ship process may have wound up lost in the ether so to speak. thanks anyway. 10-01-23

5. When I purchase the bath set I received a message the same day saying it shipped. 3 days later I asked for the tracking number. The next day I got a message saying they were made aware of a shipping problem and asked if I wanted a refund or reship.
