Used - light usage marks but no deep scratches. KitchenAid ProLine Burr Coffee Grinder - Extra Glass Parts Empire Red, Kitchen Aid Pro Line Red works well. Selling - because I don't have anything else that is empire red. The 7 oz capacity bean hopper and coffee bin are glass to minimize the static cling of grounds.

Note - This grinder comes with a extra glass hopper and grind catcher. KitchenAid sent me ones as the original catcher fits bit tight. Bean hopper, hopper lid, and coffee bin are dishwasher-safe. Note - that the anti-popcorn shield where you grinds enter metal grinder is broken off. DC motor with gear reduction system.

With the Pro Line Coffee Mill, you can adjust Commercial Quality Stainless Steel Cutting Burrs to 15 different Grind Sizes for that perfect Espresso, French Press, or cup of automatic drip. The KitchenAid Pro Line Coffee Mill is made of handsome Die-Cast metal housing making for a rugged, stable, and easy to clean unit. One grind catcher works very smoothly the other is slightly tight but perfectly fine. The anti-popcorn shield also is a safety measure making it hard for you to stick your finger in.

I cleaned it but will have some minor coffee residue in. The smooth metal housing is a snap to wipe clean. The Under-Cabinet design allows the unit to fit easily under wall cabinets on counter top. System turns the cutting burrs at just 450 rpm, minimizing frictional heating of grinds and preserving coffee flavor aroma.

I suggest replacing the part if that is a chance. One owner grinder. Pop corning was not a problem for me.
