I have found no negatives with this grinder.

The grinder arrived on time and packaged securely. I've been using it for about 3 weeks, and I have to say is the best coffee grinder ever had. Its flat burr mill system provides the best grinding results and will prevent overheating beans preserve original aroma.

The number of cups selector 2 to 12 will enable you adjust quantity ground coffee need for your brew. The ground coffee is of uniform consistency, and makes a great pot.

There is also a fine grind for espresso beans.

I have both a standard 12 cup coffee pot and french press that use primarily when make for just myself. I love that this grinder will let you grind just what need to use, from 2 cups 12 of grounds at a time. By Adkins I absolutely love this coffee grinder.

For my french press, I need a courser grind and 12 cup pot, use more medium. This grinder has a neat feature so that when the bean storage is empty, spinner comes out and there small brush to clean any pieces are still in.
