I want you to know that this machine works great ,but no manual.

I am keeping my old sourish, as it makes a 2lb loaf. This machine works wonderful.

This makes jam, french bread ,sweet dough, dough for cinnamon roles, cake quick breads. The only thing I can see is a tiny scratch in the 5th pic.
