It is in as found condition, with a little cleaning it could look almost new. Because of the weight I will not offer shipping. Under the shoot is a metal adjustable shelf with light surface rust that would hold your coffee bag.
The original gray enamel finish with black and silver accents has only a few minor blemishes. You can see that the light works, the hopper is clean and in addition the motor grinder operates smoothly. Units like these.
It measures 25 high, 13 wide and 10 deep. As you can see in the photos, the unit is in great original condition. It has an 8' electric cord that should be checked by your electrician prior to use. For larger bags the shelf could be removed.
