Details:

Recipes require measurement in grams, rather than standard us volume measures. It originally included oven mitts and a graduated liquid measure cylinder, but those are not included. Made in japan, requires a step down converter to use in us. I used this to make gluten free, milk free and egg free bread, and it was the best gluten free bread i've tried.

No gluten ingredients have ever touched in this machine. Used, but works beautifully. Make delicious rice bread from white or brown rice manual is entirely in Japanese. I cannot provide translation as I don't speak or read Japanese, but found instructions for one recipe online.

I don't know if you can make gluten free brown rice bread, as i've only made it with white rice and the brown rice recipes call for wheat gluten. It does take a few hours for the machine to finish all the steps.
